Aaron Menitoff

Managing Partner
Aaron continually promotes unprecedented growth and popularity throughout the Palm Beaches. He and his management team consistently exceed client’s expectations in culinary innovation and service. He holds a BA from University of Michigan and continued his graduate studies in Public Administration at NYU. Aaron graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute with Honors in Culinary Arts & Food and Beverage Management.

Julie Menitoff

Director of Special Events
Julie has over a decade of senior management experience in event planning and organization in the South Florida catering industry. She hold a BS in Recreation & Tourism, as well as Design. Julie has worked in hospitality and banquet management positions with world-class companies including: Disney World, Planet Hollywood, City Place and Continental Catering.

Kelly Colbath

Director of Marketing
Kelly is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities. She also assists in the production of events in our equestrian sector. Kelly holds a BGS in Marketing from FAU, where she was a member of the equestrian team. She has worked in multiple senior marketing positions, contributing to rebranding, web design, print work and social media outreach.

Jessica Wickham

Director of Public Relations
Jessica has a background in environmental public relations, university event planning and human resource management.  She is experienced in administration of corporate seminars, events and fundraising campaigns as well as a specialist in commercial floral design and management.  Jessica holds a BS from The University of Florida and a MS from Columbia University with a focus in law administration.

Rita Menitoff

Rita contributes to smooth running events through logistics planning and operations engineering. She holds a BS in Medical Technology from University of Cincinnati and a MS in Operations Engineering from Washington University.  Rita has 30 years of business and customer service experience at executive management levels for many notable organizations.

Angel Jerez

Logistics Coordinator
Angel is a true jack of all trades with a wealth of experience in service, warehouse management, event setup and breakdown.  He primarily oversees beverage inventory, the safe receipt of supplies, storage and timely dispatch of goods. Angel manages a team of staff and deals with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of warehouse and back of house employees.

Nicki Brower

Staffing Coordinator
Nicki has worked in the hospitality field in the greater Palm Beach area for over 15 years. Her experience covers nearly every level of event production including hands on work in the front and back of house, as well as contribution to event planning, management and organization. This wide range of experience allows her to effectively staff events with the area’s leading hospitality professionals. Nicki holds a BA from Florida Atlantic University in Communication with a focus in Public Communication.

Jorge Mendoza

Decor Stylist
Jorge creates a total “look and feel” for events by combining design elements that create a “WOW” factor for clients and their guests.  He is a hands-on manager skilled in layout, color palette, special lighting effects and theme conceptualizations.  Jorge is experienced in off-premise catering environments and supply management from warehouse to venue.
