We want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your staff did to make our daughter’s April 7 wedding a wonderful and memorable event. Jessica was so helpful and patient in the planning stages, promptly answering our many questions and concerns, and making great suggestions. Julie and the staff who worked the reception were utterly remarkable. Many guests remarked that the service was like that at a fine restaurant, even though the reception was outdoors. Julie’s quick thinking when the wind was tipping over our orchid centerpieces was incredible – she put the orchid pits in fishbowls with looked like that had been the plan all along! I can’t say enough good things about your staff. Professional, smiling, courteous, helpful, and that just scratches the surface. The food and presentation were absolutely remarkable. The seafood display was just beautiful, and delicious as well. My husband’s only regret of the day was the fact that, as father of the bride, he had to be available for photographs and only managed to snare two or three of the individual Beef Wellingtons that were being passed while we were posing for pictures! They were a huge hit! From setup to cleanup, the job was impeccably done. Please feel free to use us as a reference. Our guests were so impresses, and it was a real blessing to be able to truly enjoy the wedding ourselves, knowing that the details were in such good hands. We could not be more pleased.

This past Sunday I had a baby shower for my sister that your company held. This letter won’t event begin to describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for the staff that was here. I would like to give recognition to everyone that was here. [The staff] were absolutely amazing people. They all transformed my home into a beautiful seaside atmosphere. The creativity that they put into every single detail was astonishing. The food that was prepared was not only delicious but was presented in a beautiful and thoughtful way. I felt like they all treated us as if we were family. I would like to give special acknowledgment to [one of your staff]. Wow. What a gem of a human being. He covered everything and anything that I could think of. He calmed me down (these events can sometimes be very stressful) and also kept every single guest happy. After the party was over and everyone left, I walked around my house and saw something I couldn’t believe. He had gone all around our house and put flowers and seashells (the left over ones from the party) everywhere! My house actually looked nicer after they left! You would have never known that we had just thrown a huge party! All the little touches that he put around our house really took my breath away. Guests were coming up to me throughout the whole party asking me about him because he was so great! His warmth and his genuine personality is really a rarity these days, especially around Boca. It was refreshing to meet such a wonderful person. I really could go on an on about him, but I hope I explained to you the best I could in this letter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The entire staff that was here made my sister’s baby shower unforgettable.

I first met Aaron Menitoff in August 2012 in conjunction with catering services he was providing to the International Polo Club (“IPC”), in Wellington, Florida. This was during the first year of my engagement as an appointee of the owners of the IPC, and was part of a review and assessment of service providers to the IPC; together with an exploration of additional ways Aaron and his firm might be of service to support the operation and activities of the IPC. Aaron is the CEO of an [event production] company with the focus of his business in Southern Florida, predominantly the Palm Beach area. During that first meeting and in subsequent planning sessions I was continually impresses with his diligent approach to out interests and needs, his effort to work together to resolve any issues, of which there were few, and his creative efforts to develop new opportunities through expansion of his catering services. It became well known in the Palm Beach area that the “GO-TO” location for Sundays in the winter season around Palm Beach was the Brunch at IPC, as most particularly noted in The New York Times and other publications. The development of that Brunch was solely in the mind and hands of Aaron and his firm. The success of that Brunch resulted in significant revenue enhancement to the Operations of IPC, from those early days in 2012 until my role at the IPC ended in November of 2015, after which I no longer had visibility of ongoing activities at the IPC. Over those three plus years, working with Aaron and his firm was always at the highest level of his personal commitment and direct communication. He “served” us well in enhancing the offerings of the IPC through his creativity, initiative and the execution of well-articulated programs. It is without hesitation that I recommend Aaron Menitoff and his associated to any organization considering the need for quality level catering services, which he has demonstrated as a hallmark of his firm.
